This jutsu is mainly used by members of the Agari. The user places a special seal onto anything they desire, then by centering chakra at one point in their body and then turning it in a spiral pattern, the user can connect with that seal and travel anywhere within a 5 meter radius of that seal. These seals can only be seen by the person who placed them there and a person can make more than one, they also never disappear once placed allowing a ninja to visit the same place over and over without replacing the seal.
