Tarnell also known as Fam1 is a character model in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. He is a member of the Grove Street Families. Tarnell is mostly seen along with Troy and another unnamed gang member. Like other foot soldiers, he can be recruited for help within certain missions or territorial take-overs.
