In order to purchase items from Sir Vyvin's store, players must complete the Wanted! quest and then kill a certain number of Black Knights to increase their White Knights ranking and unlock pieces of equipment. Note that while regular Black Knights count as 1 kill each, Elite Black Knights count as 12 kills each.
