Average teenage Peter Parker (voiced by Drake Bell) who was bitten by a radioactive OZ enhanced spider while on a field trip at Oscorp which give him arachnid spider-like powers and become Spider-Man to fight crimes after the death of his beloved uncle Ben Parker (voiced by Frank Welker) which his learn that "With great powers there must also come with great responsibility" while finding the secrets of his parents who die in a plane crash. Than, his battles four enemies are created at Oscrop which they are; the Scorpion (voiced by Dee Bandley Baker), Dr. Octopus (voiced by Jeffery Combs), the Living Brain (voiced by Tom Kenny) and the madman Green Goblin (voiced by Steven Weber).
