Ellen Brusse , pseudonym of Elizabeth Gerardina Wenmakers , ( Rotterdam , October 13 1950 ) is a Dutch television presenter and announcer. She was from 1980 until 1996 the face of theTROS . In the early nineties she was next to John the Craats also the co-presenter of O, Is That So , a popular science program on mathematics and physics . She also presented the craft programs Kreatief with Carton . For the radio she spent many years as a successor of Mireille Bekooij in a duo with Wim Bosboom the TV news . Today Ellen Brusse lives in the south of France .
