Chayoor is the head of The Merchants' Guild in Burz that essentially rules the town. He is aware of Vlad's true name and believes Vlad was sent as an agent from Count Saekeresh. He is arrested by the Count for his role in torturing Vlad and murdering Vlad's kin, but is assassinated by the Coven for making it appear the Coven killed Zollie.
