Seiji Kimura (キムラセイジ) is a Jonin-level Shinobi of Kirigakure and is the leader of Team 3. He is known widely throughout the village as the Nine Tails Jinchuriki and world wide as The Third Coming of the Demon (第三鬼の到来 Daisan oni no torai).
