Vultures mainly reside in Bristlewood, Briarwood. They resemble real life Vultures except obviously with an animated look about them. You will find them standing stationary somewhere in the woods and can only encounter them if you are ranked level 9 or higher in a combat job. They have a reasonably unique ability also, after they have been defeated in combat they somewhat "evolve" into an undead Vulture known as a Vengeful Vulture. Vultures can also be found in Sunstone Valley, especially near the Exploration Coin "Vulture Alley"
