ChatUserPageButton is a slight modification of the ChatAvatarUserPageLink script that adds a "User Page" option to the UserStatsMenu popup window in Chat rather than wrapping the avatar image in a link. In that respect, it is similar to Ozank Cx's ChatBlockButton. See also: ChatAvatarUserPageLink
