Count Cloudy is the evil character in Pretty Princess Magic Pony Power Hour, Becky's favorite TV show. He has a strong determination to become king of Sparkletopia and often tries to mislead the easily distracted Pretty Princess to do so. Count Cloudy has a magic wand that he uses for evil purposes, unlike Pretty Princess. He loves all things dark and stormy and lives on Mount Cloudy, a steep, dark mountain. He also has a cat, named Kitty Dewdrops, which is made out of clouds, but has ears and a tail. It flashes with lightning and gets dark whenever it meows.
