The Roots Island Arc (ルーツ島編, Rūtsu-tō hen) is two-chapter story in Kinnikuman's 1st Kaiju Extermination Arc. Because of its controversial portrayal of Africans, it was censored in recent reprintings of the manga. It was not included in the anime version, however characters bearing the same name as the Kaiju appear in the first movie.
