Roz Kaveney (born 9 July 1949) is a British writer of both fiction and non-fiction, and editor. She was born male but changed to and thereafter has lived as a female. She was educated at Pembroke College, Oxford. On her website Roz says: "I was reared Catholic but got over it, was born male but got over it, stopped sleeping with boys about the time I stopped being one and am much happier than I was when I was younger." She is working on a memoir.
