Rakumatin and Weegee were rivals for a while. One day Rakumatin tried to kill Weegee, but was stopped by Weegee and Sammy. Weegee told everyone of what happened, ruining his reputation. Rakumatin was humiliated, and went under the radar for a long time. Until one day many years later he met Spleegeeg. Spleegeeg told him they both have a common hatred of Weegee, and that Spleegeeg had a very risky experiment that could basically make Rakumatin a god. The serum was intended to give Rakumatin every ability, skill, and power known to existence.
