The Occultist (real name unknown) is a hero and a member of the Freelancers. He is a Wizard and helps with the final fight against Marquis despite having been injured fighting him previously in a mall with Ribbon. He enjoys smoking cigars and uses a spell to keep the smoke from spreading around.
