Lindsay Parker (born 1933) is the founder of Scouting Lovia wich was founded in 1967. Parker was born in Noble City in 1933 and moves to England in 1954. She was there member of a scouting association and returns in 1964 with a couple of friends. She founds the Scouting Lovia association and was immediately the 'main leader'.
