Harlaan was a male Human pilot who served the Naboo Royal Space Fighter Corps as part of Echo Flight. In 33 BBY, he was killed in the attack on Station TFP-9 when the Velumina, led by Captain Sorran, attempted to steal several N-1 starfighters. Dren Melne destroyed Harlaan's ship in an attempt to persuade Essara Till to surrender.
