Makarov (マカロフ, Makarofu) is an otherworldly Sage, residing atop the highest mountains of Evergreen valley. Once renowned for his promised abilities, he has since relocated to the mountains to reach an unperfected state of peace. He proves several relationships across the shinobi world, though many of his disciples know not of his existence. The subject of a long, war torn life, Makarov keeps his identity a secret.
