KΨE (Kappa Psi Epsilon) is a multicultural college sorority. Kappa Psi Epsilon's alpha chapter was founded on September 24, 1982 by six women at the Newark campus of Rutgers University. In 1994 Kappa Psi Epsilon's beta chapter opened its doors to ladies from the Newark campus of the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
