The Ice Cyclops is a mass made up of icicles that floats above the ground, with an eye in its center which serves as its weak spot. It can only be hurt when this eye is open. It is based on the Picket Man Bull enemies from Mega Man 3. It is found in the Snowfield (Freudia's stage) and the fourth stage of Zeppelin's Castle.
