Sir John Dick Lauder of Fountainhall, 8th Baronet, (born 21 April at Relugas, and baptised 5 June 1813 at Edinkillie, Morayshire - died 23 March 1867, Bournemouth, Hampshire), was a Deputy lieutenant and magistrate for Midlothian, and Justice of the Peace for Wigtownshire. He succeeded his father, Sir Thomas Dick Lauder, 7th Baronet, in 1848. He was later a Knight of Justice of the Order of St. John of Jerusalem, and had two seats: Fountainhall Manor, nr Pencaitland, Grange House, nr. Edinburgh, and a residence in Edinburgh at 13 Grosvernor Crescent.
