Jeff is one of the two main characters, he's usually luckier than Hal, but not all the time (thanks to his lack of arms). Both he and Hal share a hatred for Steve the Piranha Plant, although he does show some sympathy for him on various occasions (unlike Hal, who outright dislikes him).
