Rissurn (Full name: Rissurn Peurnskel) is a neutral player who is both an information source and an enemy of the players of Testimonial Midgard. He is also Hanaka's brother. He built his own tower known as Rissurn's Twisted Tower from which he learnt about the KTBPU Project. Rissurn's antics in the KTBPU Project often seem more like childish pranks. Loki once requested to Zorigen that he be investigated, though Zorigen had already defected before he carried out this mission.
