Charlie Aindow first appeared in the village in 1990. Charlie was a councilor, but was not all he seemed. The truth was that he was a dodgy councilor, and quickly got involved in equally as dodgy schemes with local villain Eric Pollard. He left the village in 1992, after several on/off appearances.
