The episode focuses on John Carter goes with Abby Lockhart to pick up her bipolar mother, who locked herself in the motel room in Oklahoma, as well as the birth of Ella Greene, the daughter of Mark Greene and Elizabeth Corday and Peter Benton treating his junior high school science teacher.
