I.N.S.T.I.G.A.T.O.R. is a villain from the Teen Titans media. He is a former student of the H.I.V.E. Academy and an enemy of the Teen Titans. I.N.S.T.I.G.A.T.O.R. is first seen as a student of the H.I.V.E. Academy conversing with the other students. When the academy was destroyed by Cyborg, I.N.S.T.I.G.A.T.O.R. went freelance and became a renegade villain. I.N.S.T.I.G.A.T.O.R.'s known power is superhuman strength and resilience.
