Koboli is a character from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. He is a Rito born on Windfall Island. When Link meets him, he works as a mail sorter at the Mail Center on Dragon Roost Island. He is the third generation in a family of postmen. It is said that an ancestor of his in an age gone by was also a postman. This is thought to be a reference to the Postman from various games in the Legend of Zelda series. Strangely enough, Koboli bears a resemblance to the Running Man from Ocarina of Time, and the Postman from Majora's Mask.
