Sadas Vidron is a Dunmer residing outside the Canton of St. Delyn the Wise in Vivec City. He may be found holding a conversation with Hlavora Fedos and Nephothal, after which he will enter the Saint Delyn Waistworks. However, he cannot be found inside.
