Summary::You conjure a superheated, steaming, boiling sphere of water that floats within a single 5 foot square. The sphere deals 1d6 fire damage per round to targets within its square. At the end of its duration, the boiling sphere collapses (if it has a place to fall) and deals 1 point of splash damage to all adjacent targets. A Reflex save negates this splash damage. This spell functions normally underwater and in vacuums. Spell Resistance applies only when a resistant creature is targeted by the spell, not when a resistant creature encounters a boiling sphere that is already in place.
