The Inn of the Last Cherry Blossom was a tea house in the Kanjo district of Otosan Uchi consisting of several sleeping chambers and a central feasting room. It was owned by Tsuyuge prior to the Scorpion Coup, a secret oyabun who used the inn as to finalize shadowy deals, plan murders, and observe visiting dignitaries from a discreet distance.
