Muffruff is the chief of a band of seals who live on an undiscovered island in the Nonestic Ocean. He never travels from from the island because his family is disorderly and needs his leadership. Muffruff himself is a troublemaker too, frequently starting battles with the turtles who share the island. Chief Muffruff is well acquainted with Queen Aquareine and her mermaid subjects.
