"Agent Rat", or "Ratborg", is one of the Animal Borgs seen in the episode "Tales from the Resistance: Back to the 2nd Dimension". He was first seen doing Charlene Doofenshmirtz's fingernails, and later cuts one of them when he has his evil programming rewritten.
