Victor One was a Black Ops that was assigned to Victor Company, which apprehended Nathan Hale from Britain. While Victor Company's VTOL was en route to SRPA Station Igloo in Iceland, he was on the VTOL's turret on the side door, firing at a Goliath that had gotten a bead on the aircraft. Victor One was killed when the Goliath shot the VTOL, thus throwing him out of the aircraft and to the ground far below.
