This is a List of Junior "C" Champions of the Saskatchewan Hockey Association. From 1997 to 2015 The Regina Junior C Hockey League was the only junior C level league in the province and the league playoffs doubled as the provincial playdowns. The league appears to have collapsed during the 2015 off-season and been replaced by the Qu'Appelle Valley Junior C Hockey League for the 2015-16 season.
