Mr. Chang (voiced by Phil LaMarr) is the father of the Chang Triplets. He is a grouchy man who sometimes complains. He and Proctor Lee are related. He is also one of the contenstants Oscar defeated in the 1977's Spellingbee Championship since he started talking hasty to him and Crandall Smythe.
