[Source] Fusion-cutter grenades were a type of grenade used during the time of the New Republic. During the Black Fleet Crisis, fusion-cutter grenades were carried by a group of Wookiees led by Chewbacca when they boarded the Pride of Yevetha to rescue Han Solo, a New Republic general.
