Mando is one of the lieutenants of the Family. He can be found in the hideout in the sewers and is in charge of some of the more "colorful" missions, which usually involve kinky outfits and use of charm. After the Princess visits the Swordfish, Mando will begin to offer her quests, including Nice Company, the Mayor's Mansion, and the Know Your Enemies quests. When the Princess returns from the Summer Islands he can no longer be found in the hideout, but stays with Master Nathan in the Bear Pit.
