The First Formic War Trilogy, also known as the First Formic War Series, is a trilogy of novels that describes the events of the First Formic Invasion, written by Orson Scott Card and Aaron Johnston. The trilogy is actually an adaptation of the Formic Wars: Burning Earth and Silent Strike comic series, which were also written by Aaron Johnston.
