William Henry Harrison was the ninth President of the United States. He gave a two hour innaguration speech, and although it was cold and raining he refused to wear a jacket, he caught pneumonia. He was president for thirty-one days until he died. Although he was suffering from fever and delirious for much of presidency, we can still agree he was better than Dubya. His grandson would later become the 23rd president.
