The store sells several advanced schematics and heavy armor upgrades, as well as different supplies, engineering items and ammunition. In the later stages of the game, Jani will begin to sell some of the most technologically advanced items in the game, such as BFG Rounds for the Authority Pulse Cannon, although it is unknown how Jani is able to obtain these items.
