Mugwump (name unknown) is a member of the Whateley Academy Class of 2010. He's a wizard. He's quite the Harry Potter fanboy -- he takes his codename from Dumbledore's "Supreme Mugwump" title, apparently having no knowledge of what "mugwump" actually means. He's new to Whateley in Spring of 2007, and had a run-in with the Three Little Witches early on.
