"Mama Liked to Party (Chris' Song)" is written and performed by Stewie Griffin in "The Boys in the Band" when he decides that babies needs songs about things that they actually care about. He goes on to explain to Brian that he not only titled the song, but added the nod to Chris in parenthesis.
