Clara will be able to manipulate the weather depending upon her emotions. She will eventually learn to deactivate the ability, but will find it a strain to do so, and will never be able to alter the weather without an emotional trigger. She will produce sunshine when happy, storms when angry, rain when sad and strong winds when frightened.
