Kelsey Phillips is a staff nurse who worked in the emergency department of Holby City Hospital from 2005 to 2009. Kelsey has a warm and fun character and is very flirtatious. She’ll always be found making people cups of tea and running errands instead of taking the initiative and tending to medical needs.
