Advisors in SimCity Wiki are wiki editors with sysop (system operator) or administrator privileges. Advisors are not "in charge" of the wiki, but rather trusted, long-term regular users with sysop privileges. While advisors has the ability to perform special actions and special privileges that regular users cannot, they are never required to use their tools. Advisors are volunteers and are otherwise equal to other users. As SimCity Wiki currently does not have a community discussion process, Advisor privileges are currently granted on a case-by-case basis.
