The British Government was the central governing organisation the United Kingdom, out of the Houses of Parliament. It was led by the British Prime Minister. It had various different departments, including the Home Office, and initially the Anomaly Research Centre before the latter was privatised by Philip Burton, and both were responsible for dealing with and containing the Anomaly crisis.
