Radford Hayes is a character portrayed by Lochlyn Munro in the ABC crime series Castle. Hayes was a former black ops member and the true identity of the self-proclaimed patriot who threatened New York with a "dirty nuke" during the events of "Setup" and "Countdown". Hayes had appropriated the identity of a former brother-in-arms, Kevin McCann, and found work as a taxi cab driver, all to mask his activities creating a dirty bomb and planting it. Hayes sought to stir up anti-terrorist sentiment across the US, and provoke a devastating conflict with what he viewed as undesirables.
