The Terran Republic HC1 Cougar is the hardest hitting carbine available to the Terran Republic complemented by its multiple firing modes like the TMG-50. It comes with a high ADS (Aim Down Sights) accuracy, and bullet velocity as well as the second lowest recoil for the TR carbines. However, it falls short in close quarters with below average hipfire and fire rate that is unable to kick out rounds quickly. It is comparable to the NC's Razor GD-23 and should be used at medium range engagements. The Lynx or Jaguar would be preferable at close range.
