Rule Effect (ルールエフェクト Rūru Efekuto) are a series of mandatory process performed under the rule whenever specific events happens during the game. These range from simple process for dealing with general occurrences (i.e. deck out) to detailed explanation of a generally simple process (i.e. dealing damage to player).
