Scruffy (also commonly known as the Sarcastic Clerk, Wiseguy, Middle-Aged Man or Poison Man), is a man with a sarcastic outlook on life. He is always seen having different jobs. Sideshow Bob identifies his first name as Scruffy. He used to have a bird as a pet, Raymond Bird, which Bart and Lisa took care of until it died. No one seems to remember Scruffy, as he has to tell his name everyone asks. He is voiced by David Hermman.
