The Male Sheriff worked at the San Francisco Police Department. He led Rick Gittridge to a meeting with his lawyers, who were actually a glamoured Phoebe Halliwell and her friends. When Rick was shocked when they turned back into themselves, the sheriff came running in and was knocked out by Rick.
